Who we are?
Burgan Islamic Community Development Association (ICDA) is a community-based organization established to promote ethical, Shariah-compliant finance and sustainable development in Cambodia.
Burgan ICDA focuses on supporting communities and micro-entrepreneurs through responsible Islamic financing models, financial education, and social development initiatives. Our approach emphasizes transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability, ensuring that all activities align with Islamic principles and applicable Cambodian regulations.

Provides strategic leadership, oversees governance, and guides the long-term development of Burgan ICDA in line with its mission and values.

PR & Stakeholder Engagement
Responsible for public communication, community outreach, and engagement with stakeholders, including partners, supporters, and prospective participants, to promote understanding of Burgan ICDA’s mission, programs, and long-term vision.
